Once an order is marked as βDelivered,β we rely on courier-provided proof, including:
- OTP verification
- Delivery signature (Proof of Delivery β POD)
- Delivery photograph (if available)
- GPS delivery location
- Courier agent report
This proof is considered final unless disproven through investigation.

- Customers must report non-receipt within 24β48 hours of delivery status
- Complaints raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for investigation, refund, or replacement
π Customer Verification Requirements
Before initiating an investigation, customers must verify:
- Parcel was not received by family, neighbors, security, or reception
- Delivery address was accurate
- Availability at the delivery location on the delivery date
π Courier Investigation
- Investigation Timeline: 5β7 working days
Possible Outcomes:
- If delivery failure is confirmed: Refund or replacement will be issued (subject to availability)
- If valid delivery proof is provided: Order will be considered successfully delivered
β Non-Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
Claims will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Valid delivery proof exists
- Complaint raised after 48 hours
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided
- Customer unavailable at delivery
- Repeated or fraudulent claims
- Lack of cooperation during investigation
